The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. The house is powered exclusively by solar energy. The outside of the house includes a large terrace with a dining table, 2 swings for relaxing and a barbecue. In the garden is a pool of 32m2 with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower made in stone. There is a children’s playground by the pool.
