The building is situated in a quite part of the city, 400 meters from the city centre. City beach Lokunje and a bus stop to Zrće Beach are only 500 m away. Nearby restaurant Kadena offers a wide variety of cooked meals and roasts. The closest store, which is actually a small shopping mall Plodine, is about 10 minutes by foot away. Thanks to the house location, guests will have no problem leaving the city during the holiday crowds, when traffic on most of the main roads is very congested. Zadar airport is 75 km away.
